The program aims to promote a culture of compliance, increase awareness of regulatory systems and laws among targeted institutions and establishments, enhance the quality of services provided, and apply the highest professional standards in inspection and oversight of health and commercial establishments in the city of Riyadh, relying on advanced digital technologies. His Highness emphasized that the implementation of the program reflects the Municipality’s commitment to strengthening the business environment, supporting and empowering the private sector, and reinforcing a culture of compliance and awareness of regulations and laws. This will be achieved through effective partnerships and engaging beneficiaries to build a dynamic environment that improves the quality of oversight operations and services provided, increases beneficiary satisfaction, and contributes to sustainable community development — in line with the municipal transformation initiatives stemming from Saudi Vision 2030. During the past period, the Municipality tested an enhanced regulatory model to improve compliance among commercial establishments, ensuring its reliability before full implementation.
